Sufficient hybrid state on the organized child-swap sector

Conditional construction. Equality between children one and two at every slot defines a 72-primary-coordinate representation of the organized source. It exactly reconstructs both continuous rows, the energy guard, the admitted Reception–Coherence–Silence word and its changed-capacity continuation. Inherited neighbor counts are essential to that word.

Section 6 separately bounds a nearly symmetric source up to its first fixed energy-level crossing. That approximation uses an explicit projection and retains a finite error allowance; it does not extend the exact restriction to unequal inputs. Section 7 carries that allowance through the first ideal word, comparing each successor at its own event time. The separate global child-exchange state retains a joint hidden Gram to reconstruct unequal children up to their single swap. Its generic primary dimension remains 90; it does not turn this 72-coordinate restriction into an exact averaging of arbitrary states.

The exact chart supplies a sufficient representation for both preparations in the same-guard predictive-state obstruction. It does not give a minimum dimension or compress arbitrary fine states by averaging. The rigid carrier and signed slot-reflection representations remain distinct: the former is not preserved by this marked word, and the latter does not contain both of those preparations.

1. Retained sector and exact reconstruction

Keep the 45 labeled nodes 9*c+j, the ninety unit edges and the exact carrier psi_(9c+j)=alpha*(j-4), alpha=2*pi/9. The child edges are (0,1),(2,3),(0,2),(1,3),(0,4), with matching slots on each edge. The permutation exchanging children one and two and fixing the others is a support automorphism. It fixes each marked target, nodes zero and one.

The sector requires equal form, equal declared real phase lifts and equal held positive capacities at corresponding slots of children one and two. Use four child orbits, ordered

\[ A=\{0\},\quad B=\{1,2\},\quad C=\{3\},\quad D=\{4\}, \qquad (m_A,m_B,m_C,m_D)=(1,2,1,1). \]

Each orbit retains its nine separate slots. Let P copy the resulting 36 coordinates to their fine nodes, R select the representatives, and M=P^T P=diag(m_a), with each child multiplicity repeated for nine slots. Then RP=I_36. Write

\[ x=Pu,\qquad \Theta=P(\bar\psi+\delta),\qquad \nu=P v, \qquad \bar\psi_{9a+j}=\alpha(j-4),\quad v_a>0. \]

The represented primary state has 36 form and 36 phase-offset coordinates. Capacity remains a separately retained law parameter between events. The lift is injective, and restriction is defined only on its image. Equal circular phases with unequal raw lift turns are not equal coordinates in this chart. No wrapping, mean subtraction or projection is part of restriction.

Retain the target marks and original labeled context consumed by the word: histories, monotonic ordinals, debt, prior Coherence, kind and admission configuration. Non-target context can remain in its original fine record; the 72-coordinate count concerns primary continuous state, not total runtime storage. Any context claimed to share the child symmetry must itself agree on exchanged nodes. Neither the chart nor copied values authenticate history.

This transfers the existing weighted partition method and capacity descent condition after deriving this actual law. It does not transfer their different clock or constitutive coefficients.

2. Inherited support, both rows and energy

Here a and b index the 36 node fibers, each comprising one fixed slot in one child orbit. Let N_ab count neighbors in fiber b of one fine member of fiber a. The partition is equitable and m_a N_ab=m_b N_ba. There are no edges inside a node fiber. The aggregated conductance is therefore w_ab=m_a N_ab, symmetric in a and b.

There are 63 distinct reduced edges: four nine-cycles and three matching interfaces. Cycle weights are respectively 1,2,1,1; the interfaces A-B, B-C, A-D have weights 2,2,1 at every slot. Their total weight is ninety. The two target rows have four distinct reduced neighbors but five inherited fine neighbors.

Let L_w be the aggregated weighted Laplacian, and set

\[ q=M^{-1}L_wu,\qquad s_a=M_{aa}^{-1}\sum_b w_{ab}\sin(\vartheta_b-\vartheta_a), \qquad \vartheta=\bar\psi+\delta. \]

Direct edge counting gives L_f P=P M^-1 L_w and S_f(P*vartheta)=P*s. With D=diag(v) and gamma=(1023*pi)^-1, the complete reduced law in the same structural time tau is

\[ p=\tfrac14(-q+\gamma s),\qquad \dot u=D p,\qquad \dot\delta=\tfrac\gamma4Dq. \]

The pressure p is per fine member. Equivalently both rows use D M^-1 with the unnormalized aggregate fields. Orbit multiplicity is not capacity: v remains the fine capacity consumed by Silence and its floor. The effective capacity of a strength-normalized pure-EPI quotient belongs to another model and cannot supply this aggregate-sum mobility.

The fine vector field intertwines with this lift. Smooth uniqueness thus preserves the sector on every held-capacity segment. This is an exact nonlinear statement for all admitted sector coordinates, not only the carrier tangent. All clock changes multiply both rows by the same existing conversion factor.

The pulled-back excess and its complete balance are

\[ \bar E=\tfrac12u^TL_wu+ \sum_{a<b}w_{ab}[1-\cos(\vartheta_b-\vartheta_a)]-H_*, \quad H_*=45(1-\cos\alpha), \qquad \dot{\bar E}=-\tfrac14 q^T M Dq. \]

They equal the fine energy and loss exactly. The five original child cycles and their winding observations are reconstructed; treating the merged child as one unweighted cycle would change storage. On a fixed positive-capacity segment the conserved form and phase-offset totals are sum_a(m_a/v_a)*u_a and sum_a(m_a/v_a)*delta_a. Their weighted means divide by sum_a m_a/v_a. These are the original fine inverse-capacity totals; the word may change them according to its existing event maps.

3. The marked word consumes inherited counts

Intersect the sector with the section 23 ideal word domain: initial unit capacities, its acute lift cell, E<1/100, abs(initial form mean)<1/30 and the complete supplied context and policies. These inequalities define a relatively open domain in the 72 primary coordinates. Membership in the sector alone does not imply them.

Let beta, lambda and kappa be the shared admitted Reception, phase-locking and Silence factors. Targets i=0,1 are singleton orbits. Each stage uses its own common input snapshot, so the two target proposals are simultaneous.

Reception has the exact inherited form map

\[ u_i^+=(1-\beta)u_i+\frac\beta5\sum_bN_{ib}u_b, \qquad i\in\{0,1\}. \]

All other forms and every phase/capacity are held. Coherence then holds form and capacity and applies, on the existing regular argument branch,

\[ z_i=\sum_bN_{ib}\exp(i(\vartheta_b-\vartheta_i)),\qquad \vartheta_i^+=\vartheta_i+\lambda\operatorname{Arg}z_i. \]

These are the fine neighbor mean and phasor sum grouped by equal values. The multiplicities are inherited integers, not new fitted weights. Silence finally sends v_i to kappa*v_i on both targets, holding primary form and phase. Both swapped children are untouched by each event. All three maps therefore remain in the sector, and lifting each reduced stage reconstructs the full fine primary stage exactly.

The grammar request and live admission are evaluated with the same retained target context, fine capacities, fresh pressure and configuration. In particular, initial AL, IL histories have ordinal two, and successful stages advance through ordinals three, four and five with zero relevant debt and the stated prior-Coherence condition. The IL event-domain policy and actual EN ceilings and SHA floor remain those of the word owner. No new threshold or grammar rule is inferred from the representation.

Original labels and support remain available for any fine-context lookup; replacing source discovery or telemetry with a bare reduced graph is not part of this construction. Stored-pressure event updates remain their own maps, followed by the stipulated fresh-law association before continuation. Lifecycle timestamps do not become structural time. Each stage is separately atomic; there is no new whole-word rollback guarantee.

A bare simple graph changes Reception and Coherence

For Reception, put form a at slot zero of the merged child B and zero elsewhere, with carrier phase. At target zero the inherited mean is 2a/5; the four-neighbor unweighted mean is a/4. With target form zero, the successor difference is 3*beta*a/20. For a=1/128, fine excess is 4*a^2<1/100 and the mean is 2*a/45<1/30, so this is inside the same ideal admission domain.

For Coherence, put a small positive phase offset epsilon only at that merged slot. Write r=1+2*cos(alpha)>0. The two relative resultants at target zero are

\[ z_{\rm fine}=r+2e^{i\varepsilon},\qquad z_{\rm bare}=r+e^{i\varepsilon}. \]

For 0<epsilon<pi/2, both real parts are positive and Im(z_fine*conjugate(z_bare))=r*sin(epsilon)>0. Their arguments differ; for positive lambda so do their Coherence increments. Sufficiently small epsilon with zero form is inside the acute energy domain by continuity. At epsilon zero both arguments vanish, so a carrier-only control would miss this error. A weight-two edge does not repair native EN/IL on a simple graph: their current kernels consume unique unweighted neighbors. The support-count owner explains this general inheritance boundary.

4. The same guard, occurrence time and continuation

Use the same fixed level ell and mandatory first downward crossing from the guard owner. Until that first event, the lifted reduced solution is the fine solution and bar E(t)=E_f(t). Their crossing sets agree exactly. Wherever the prior transversality and source-domain conditions admit a unique positive first time, that time is the same in both representations.

At the crossing, lift and all three admitted stage maps commute. Target ordinals and urgency select the same complete word. Its changed capacities are still equal on the exchanged children, so the same continuous intertwining applies afterwards. The full primary hybrid response and its admitted fine observations are reconstructed at every common structural time for which the stated one-word model is defined. This is a conditional solution identity, not an evaluated numerical trajectory.

Both previous matched-summary preparations repeat their profile in all five children and therefore belong to this sector. They give different u vectors in this chart. The reconstruction retains the arrangement that their equal means, energy and loss had discarded; their different occurrence times are consistent with a sufficient reduced state.

The chart admits perturbations only within its fixed sector. It does not bound arbitrary departures of children one and two, establish attraction back to equality, or derive the preparation's symmetry. Other words or targets require their own preservation and context checks. This is neither an all-operator quotient nor a minimum-state or performance theorem.

5. Detached implementation and independent controls

The private child quotient reader derives support from the existing organized-source geometry. It reuses observe_quotient_structure only for exact neighbor counts and aggregated conductance; that metadata observer's pressure/rate normalization is not this complete law.

Lift and restriction admit primitive real values before comparisons. They retain all offsets and positive capacities and reject off-sector inputs. The observation adapter lifts to the existing complete _observe_organized_source_capacity with shared_capacity, then selects representative rows while retaining the fine report. No second sine kernel, integrator or reduced event executor is installed. The mathematical word identity is separate from represented binary64 rounding and optional runtime telemetry.

Independent controls rebuild the fine incidence and count the inherited support, compare both nonlinear rows, energy, loss and weighted totals, check strict reconstruction and both earlier preparations, and compare complete ideal word algebra. The bare-neighbor controls require both a form discrepancy and an off-carrier phase discrepancy. Runtime events, trajectories and frozen response producers remain excluded from these checks.

6. A finite first-hit certificate near the sector

The exact chart leaves an operational question: if the two children are only approximately equal, how far apart can their predicted first guard times be? The following certificate derives both crossing existence and a timing allowance from initial primitives, without a numerical trajectory. Its useful conclusion is the fixed-level bracket, beyond the quadratic projected-error mechanism already available in repeated composition and compressed memory.

Two incoming-law extensions and an explicit projection

This section fixes all 45 capacities to one, the ninety-edge support, both complete rows and structural time from section 2. No additional forcing, capacity update or support change is allowed on the comparison interval. Let J exchange children one and two, and let Pi=(I+J)/2 act on both form and continuous raw phase offsets. Initialize a full solution z by arbitrary finite real primitives and a symmetric reference w by w(0)=Pi*z(0). The latter is the fine lift of the exact 36-node chart.

Both are mathematical extensions of the incoming law through the declared interval [0,T], even if their actual hybrid executions would already have reset. The smooth vector field is globally Lipschitz, so these extensions exist uniquely. Real lifts need not remain in an acute cell for the estimates below. Crossing this energy level does not itself admit an organized identity, the subsequent word or its grammar context; those retain their separate source-domain requirements.

At each slot write the hidden deviations as

\[ a_j=(x_{1,j}-x_{2,j})/2,\qquad b_j=(\delta_{1,j}-\delta_{2,j})/2,\qquad h_0=\max(\|a(0)\|_\infty,\|b(0)\|_\infty). \]

These are declared normalized coordinates, with the same source units and clock; the joint norm does not identify form and phase as one physical unit. The averaging operation is separate from strict restriction, which still rejects unequal primitives without a tolerance or phase wrapping.

Quadratic defect and uniform state allowance

The fine Laplacian commutes with Pi. Therefore the projected phase row has zero direct defect, and only the sine term of the form row contributes. Let vartheta=Pi*Theta, with child orbit labels A, B, C, D as in section 1. For example the defect at A and at B is

\[ \begin{aligned} d_{A,j}&=2\sin(\vartheta_{B,j}-\vartheta_{A,j})(\cos b_j-1),\\ d_{B,j}&=\sum_{k=j\pm1}\sin(\vartheta_{B,k}-\vartheta_{B,j}) [\cos(b_k-b_j)-1]\\ &\quad+\sum_{U=A,C}\sin(\vartheta_{U,j}-\vartheta_{B,j})(\cos b_j-1). \end{aligned} \]

The C row has the same paired-neighbor expression as A and the D row is zero. Since 1-cos(s)<=s^2/2, the two cycle terms in a B row each contribute at most 2*||b||_infty^2 and its two matching terms at most ||b||_infty^2/2 each. Thus

\[ \|\Pi S(\Theta)-S(\Pi\Theta)\|_\infty\le5\|b\|_\infty^2. \]

Let g be a certified upper bound for gamma and set L=5*(1+g)/2, c=5*g/4. The fine degree is at most five, so ||L_f||_infty<=10, the sine map is 10-Lipschitz in the infinity norm, and the complete joint vector field is L-Lipschitz. Comparison of z with Jz gives ||(I-Pi)z(t)||_infty<=h0*exp(L*t).

Choose outward upper bounds G>=exp(L*T) and Phi>=(exp(L*T)-1)/L, and define the allowances

\[ H=h_0G,\qquad e=cH^2\Phi. \]

On the entire interval the hidden state is bounded by H, while ||Pi*z(t)-w(t)||_infty<=e. Indeed the latter error starts at zero and satisfies the upper-Dini comparison e'(t)<=L*e(t)+c*H^2. Consequently fine reconstructed error is bounded by H+e, not by e alone. Hidden form cannot be omitted: it generates hidden phase through the second row even when b(0)=0. No attraction toward the symmetric sector is asserted.

Energy and whole-bracket loss from primitives

Put K=L_C9+2I, so ||K||_2<=6. Pairing exchanged edges cancels the linear energy term. With d_j=vartheta_(B,j+1)-vartheta_(B,j) and g_(U,j)=vartheta_(B,j)-vartheta_(U,j), the exact hidden energy difference is

\[ \begin{aligned} E(z)-E(\Pi z) &=a^TKa+2\sum_j\cos d_j[1-\cos(b_{j+1}-b_j)]\\ &\quad+2\sum_j[\cos g_{A,j}+\cos g_{C,j}](1-\cos b_j). \end{aligned} \]

For global real lifts its absolute value is at most a^T K a+b^T K b<=54*(||a||_infty^2+||b||_infty^2)<=108*H^2. It need not be positive outside an acute cell. The same splitting gives the exact instantaneous loss identity rho(z)-rho(Pi*z)=||K*a||_2^2/2; this does not equate the projected state with the separately evolved reference.

Set X0=||x(0)||_infty. The diffusion maximum principle and |S_i|<=5 bound both incoming forms by X(t)=X0+5*g*t/4. Comparing ninety fine edges bounds the form-energy discrepancy between Pi*z and w by 360*X(T)*e, and their phase-energy discrepancy by 180*e. Hence the uniform energy allowance is

\[ B_E=108H^2+[360X(T)+180]e,\qquad |E(z(t))-E(w(t))|\le B_E\quad(0\le t\le T). \]

This is quadratic in the initial hidden norm at fixed horizon and bounded form amplitude. To establish transversality without sampling a response, use q=L_f*x and

\[ \|\dot q(t)\|_\infty \le25X_0+\frac{25g}{2}+\frac{125g}{4}t,\qquad D_q=\left(25X_0+\frac{25g}{2}\right)T+\frac{125g}{8}T^2. \]

For each of the full and reference initial gradients, computed separately, define

\[ r_f=\tfrac14\sum_i\max(|q_{f,i}(0)|-D_q,0)^2,\qquad r_c=\tfrac14\sum_i\max(|q_{c,i}(0)|-D_q,0)^2. \]

These bound the respective losses below on the whole interval. They are source-derived sufficient floors; zero does not imply actual zero loss. The use of raw X0 is conservative: adding a common form offset can change these numerical allowances and their availability, although it leaves the underlying form differences and dynamics unchanged.

Same fixed level, existence and timing

Let the shared observer enclose the two initial excess energies in [E_f^-,E_f^+] and [E_c^-,E_c^+]. Keep a single unchanged level ell and require all the strict conditions

\[ E_f^->\ell,\qquad E_c^->\ell,\qquad r_f>0,\qquad r_c>0, \qquad E_c^+-r_cT+B_E<\ell. \]

The loss floors make both energies strictly decreasing. Integration bounds the reference endpoint above by E_c^+-r_c*T, and the energy allowance bounds the full endpoint by an additional B_E. Both therefore cross ell once in (0,T), with transverse first-hit times tau_f,tau_c satisfying

\[ |\tau_f-\tau_c|\le\frac{B_E}{\min(r_f,r_c)}. \]

To see the timing bound, evaluate reference energy at the full hit. Its distance from ell is at most B_E; integration of the reference loss between the two times bounds that distance below by r_c*|tau_f-tau_c|. Replacing r_c with the smaller common floor gives the displayed allowance. Failure of any sufficient inequality makes this timing conclusion unavailable; it does not establish absence of a crossing.

The primitive error reader derives every constant and floor, retains the projected chart and reports the strict margins and unavailable reasons. It accepts unit capacities only. It computes G and Phi using the shared scalar_affine_upper, with the numerical work policy T>0, L*T<=1. Initial radii and their squares remain exact rationals outside the outward growth kernel, preserving exact zero and quadratic scaling even below its interval grid. This short-horizon policy is not a physical time limit. The reader neither integrates nor locates either hit numerically.

Independent controls include strict input admission, projection/exchange identities, exact symmetry, hidden-form-only input, off-carrier quadratic sine cancellation, tiny rational scaling, and unavailable crossing margins. The fixed static certificate preparation is

\[ x(0)=\frac{e_0-e_1}{64}+2^{-20}(e_9-e_{18}),\qquad \delta(0)=2^{-20}(e_9-e_{18}),\qquad T=\frac1{100},\quad\ell=\frac{59}{40960},\quad\nu_i=1. \]

Its threshold and horizon are fixed before evaluation. The unperturbed reference has E_c(0)=3/2048 and rho_c(0)=5/1024; the certificate evaluates primitive inequalities, not a reserved dynamical response.

The fixed control certifies all strict margins. In conservative decimal bounds, both loss floors exceed 0.0043, the uniform energy allowance is below 1.033e-10, and the first-hit difference is below 2.4e-8 in structural-time units. Both hits lie strictly inside (0,0.01); their individual times were not evaluated. These are certificate bounds, not measured errors or a claim about general TNFR preparations.

The result stops at the first-hit bracket. Between unequal event times one actual hybrid solution may already have undergone a finite jump while the other has not. Neither the state allowance nor the incoming energy comparison is an all-time hybrid error bound. Through-word comparison needs separately admitted reset derivatives, context, phase-resultant margins and a choice of aligned or common post-event observation time.

7. Predictive compression through the first guarded word

The retained-state question now concerns the action itself: how accurately does the symmetric reference predict form and phase immediately after the first Reception--Coherence--Silence word? These are nonlinear hybrid successors, beyond the incoming crossing comparison of section 6. The marked targets are singleton fibers, so a bound on their projected outputs is also a bound on their actual fine coordinates.

Source domain and the chosen observation

Keep section 6's complete incoming law, primitive preparation, first fixed guard and short-horizon arithmetic domain. Independently certify both initial states in the fixed winding-one acute lift cell, with excess below 1/100 and absolute unit-capacity form mean below 1/30. Use the registered default Reception factor beta, phase-locking coefficient lambda and Silence factor kappa; unit incoming capacities become kappa at targets zero and one and remain one elsewhere.

The section 23 word domain retains the complete supplied context: established AL, IL histories with ordinal two, zero debt, prior Coherence, common organized-source kind, initialized core grammar, rejection mode raise, explicit IL event_domain, the represented signed Reception ceilings and inclusive Silence pre-call floor, fresh pressure associated with this independent law, and no optional controllers or mutating callbacks. Neither state nor a detached certificate authenticates that history or establishes a runtime execution receipt.

On the two trajectories, the same prescribed mandatory first crossing is followed urgently by the same ideal primary maps. Each stage uses a common snapshot on targets zero and one, the stages are separately atomic, and no continuous time elapses between them. Write

\[ z_f^+=W(z(\tau_f^-)),\qquad z_c^+=W(w(\tau_c^-)). \]

The observation compares these two complete-word successors, with their structural timestamps tau_f and tau_c retained. Event alignment neither sets the clocks equal nor resets either clock's origin. It compares the same completed action in each execution. There is no claim about a common-time state during the interval between unequal events or about subsequent flow.

The comparison states have a derived resultant margin

The acute cell is convex in the declared real offsets and is preserved by the child exchange J. Joint storage is convex on that cell: its form term is quadratic and each phase edge has positive second derivative cosine. Since E(Jz)=E(z), averaging gives

\[ E(\Pi z)\le\tfrac12[E(z)+E(Jz)]=E(z). \]

The cell, capacities and ordinary form mean are also preserved by Pi. The existing boundary/loss theorem maintains both incoming states in the domain up to their own hits. It follows that the actual fine input, its projected comparison input and the reference input at their respective hits all have acute excess below 1/100. The same remains true through Reception, which holds phase and is passive.

The existing local-resultant theorem therefore gives Re Z_i>4 at both targets for each of these phase inputs. This margin is derived from the source domain, rather than supplied as an arbitrary constant. The straight chord between any two such resultants stays in Re Z>4, so the continuous principal argument has Lipschitz bound 1/4 along the chord. No phase branch change or zero resultant is crossed.

The one-word mean/rail budget supplies unit rails and strict Reception form/pressure margins for the admitted defaults. The unit pre-Silence capacity satisfies its supplied inclusive floor. Those mathematical and policy-parameter checks remain distinct from the contextual premises above.

Separate the timing contribution from the reset defect

Let H, e, X and Delta denote the section 6 hidden-state, projected-state, whole-window form and first-hit time-difference bounds. Both incoming rows give the joint velocity allowance

\[ V=\max\left(\frac{10X+5g}{4},\frac{5gX}{2}\right),\qquad D=e+V\Delta. \]

Comparing at one time using e, then integrating the reference incoming row between the two hit times, proves

\[ \|\Pi z(\tau_f^-)-w(\tau_c^-)\|_\infty\le D. \]

Only the mathematical incoming extension is used in that integration; no actual reset trajectory is silently continued by the old law.

Reception is a convex linear form map for 0<beta<=1. It commutes with Pi because the marked targets are fixed and both swapped neighbors are retained with their inherited counts. Its infinity-norm Lipschitz bound is one. It changes no phase, so the complete-word projected form allowance will remain D.

For Coherence at target i, the only hidden contribution is the paired matching neighbor from children one and two. With symmetric relative phase u and hidden phase b at that slot, its phasor difference is exactly

\[ Z_i(z)-Z_i(\Pi z)=2e^{iu}(\cos b-1),\qquad |Z_i(z)-Z_i(\Pi z)|\le b^2\le H^2. \]

The target itself is a singleton, so its input lift has no hidden part. The argument margin gives a direct phase-reset defect at most lambda*H^2/4. Between the projected fine and reference inputs, each relative angle changes by at most 2D; five neighbors yield a phasor difference at most 10D. Including the target's retained input lift, the resulting complete-word bounds are

\[ F=D,\qquad P=\left(1+\frac{5\lambda}{2}\right)D+ \frac{\lambda H^2}{4}, \]
\[ \|\Pi x_f^+-x_c^+\|_\infty\le F,\qquad \|\Pi\delta_f^+-\delta_c^+\|_\infty\le P, \qquad \nu_f^+=\nu_c^+. \]

Silence establishes the exact last equality while holding form and phase. All three stages leave the hidden child coordinates unchanged. Thus full fine reconstruction has joint error at most H+max(F,P), whereas each marked target directly has the finer form/phase allowances F and P.

At a fixed horizon and bounded X, the projected allowances are quadratic in the initial hidden size provided the two loss floors remain uniformly bounded away from zero. That positive denominator is necessary: the timing allowance alone need not be uniformly quadratic as transversality degenerates. The fine reconstruction remains generally first order in hidden size.

An immediate energy observation follows from the same edge accounting:

\[ |E_f^+-E_c^+|\le108H^2+360XF+180P. \]

Reception keeps both form extrema within X, and subsequent stages hold form. The hidden energy term is unchanged in structure, with both hidden norms at most H. Each actual ideal successor separately has E^+<=ell by word passivity. These are energy bounds at the aligned successors, not a balance over an interval spanning different hybrid laws.

A nonzero quadratic Coherence defect

The approximation is not an exact off-sector word descent. A static control makes this explicit without claiming to know either actual hit state. Set form to zero, give node 9 offset phi+b and node 18 offset phi-b, and set every other offset to zero. Fix phi=1/128, b=2^-20. Both the full and projected preparations have acute edge angles, zero form mean and excess at most 4*(phi^2+b^2)<1/100.

At target zero, with r=1+2*cos(alpha), their relative resultants are

\[ Z_f=r+2e^{i\phi}\cos b,\qquad Z_c=r+2e^{i\phi},\qquad \Im(Z_f\overline{Z_c})=2r(\cos b-1)\sin\phi<0. \]

Both lie in the right half-plane, so their arguments differ. More precisely, as b tends to zero at fixed positive phi,

\[ \operatorname{Arg}Z_f-\operatorname{Arg}Z_c =-\frac{r\sin\phi}{|Z_c|^2}b^2+O(b^4). \]

The default positive lambda preserves this nonzero quadratic correction in the target phase. A carrier-only control with phi zero would miss it. The sign here belongs to the supplied static pair, not to the separate unknown states at the two actual crossings. This distinguishes a useful finite approximation from exact closure after hidden phase has been discarded.

Detached implementation and acceptance boundary

The word-error reader rebuilds the incoming certificate from primitives and resolves the registered default factors. It reuses the source barrier, shared offset-edge geometry and one-word reuse budget to check the mathematical domain and applicable scalar margins. The same offset helper serves the existing reflection retention reader; it retains the closing-edge lift and never substitutes rounded raw phases for the exact carrier.

Conditional endpoint bounds are absent when a source, crossing or sufficient word-domain margin fails. The report retains the available evidence and reasons; an unavailable certificate does not prove that an event fails or that its successor loses organization. It installs no selector, performs no ideal or represented reset, and neither locates a hit nor integrates flow. Binary64 event errors, stale pressure, callbacks and runtime history require their own admission outside this mathematical certificate.

Independent controls check the branch-sensitive source domain, inherited factors and capacities, the local nonlinear word algebra, exact symmetry, tiny nonzero deviations, and unavailable conditions. The first-hit static preparation from section 6 is fixed unchanged for the successor certificate; the separate off-carrier control above tests the nonzero reset defect. Neither control evaluates a reserved trajectory or an actual first-word response.

For the fixed first-hit preparation, all successor-certificate conditions pass. Conservative bounds on the aligned projected outputs are F<9.5e-10 and P<1.7e-9; full fine reconstruction is bounded by 9.8e-7 and the aligned energy discrepancy by 3.1e-7. These are bounds in the declared model coordinates, not evaluated errors. The independent static phase control has the exact negative sign proved above; its high-precision default Coherence increment difference is approximately -2.62782e-16. That value belongs only to the supplied static pair.
