TCLab exploratory comparison: retained scope

The bounded 2026-09-21 comparison is complete. Physical admission remains not_admitted and the measurement verdict remains not_assessed. The supplied latent thermal model improved the declared joint squared-error metric on the evaluated files, with positive bias and unresolved preparation, clock and measurement premises. It did not test autonomous pattern formation or establish a uniquely TNFR physical explanation.

The complete exploratory record preserves the frozen model, calibration/evaluation split, numerical results, source hashes and limitations. Those observations are already inspected; no refit or new acquisition is scheduled here. A new physical comparison requires the plan's P1-P5 admission.
